Sustainable energy – why not use it?
Seems we always hear about alternatives to fossil fuels have all learned to count and taken for granted in our – and our ancestors lives.
The reason for the hype is all of course fuel such as coal, oil and gas being rapidly depleted, ie energy is not sustainable, because we are stripping assets, not replace it – I guess a bit like the overfishing of the seas. Word for this is that all these fuels are used in about 100 years – with an "I m Alright Jack" attitude just us, but given our children and their children, etc. not.
And the duration of energy – sustainable Buzzwords are other green energy, energy, environmental friendly, energy clean, etc are used when talking about renewable energy sources that are naturally and therefore considered more "green"
Here is a brief review of only two of several renewable energy options:
Solar energy as an alternative form of electricity is created by development of solar light and capture it – usually in a solar panel is a series of silicon chip blocks that occur when they are connected to each other, sufficient energy to heat and light an average home. Because the silicon chip blocks are expensive, can be a costly exercise to install a system in the country and it is estimated that a system solar panels on an average house should be replaced about once every two years.
Hydropower as an alternative power seems to be the most widely used source of renewable energy and electricity is produced through the use of the gravity of falling or flowing water. A central hydropower can take various forms (tidal energy pumping Run of the river), but the most commonly used is the factory where conventional readers Reservoir water turbine and generator Hydro. No waste is created directly from the system once it is in place.
There is really nothing new in the information above, but it seems that "everyone has been talking a long time and although some minor replacements have been made still talk too much and too little action to address the problem. So now that these alternative sources of energy have been identified, feasibility should be studied thoroughly, because it seems that if it does not, always tagged 'alternative' and never become the new green alternative. The problem with this is – the clock ..
