Oprah and Eckhart Tolle, author of a new land responded to a question from a caller in Beijing, China on weight loss and body transformation.
Cathy Beijing had lost 30 pounds in the last year and acknowledged that it was a "spiritual work" beyond weight loss. Try explain to their friends, Cathy has trouble articulating the spiritual process without his friends to look sick in "mental" or rare.
Oprah said: "A friend and I were talking about this the other day in yourself to be powered by the energy that already exists within your body. I know what you mean."
Jesus himself had a situation in which his disciples were hungry and meat, said Jesus, "Rabbi, eat." But Jesus said: "I have food to eat, I do not know." The disciples said to be confused with the other, "Did anyone give him something to eat?" Listen Jesus replied: "My food is to do the will of the Father who sent me and carry out their work" (John 4:31-34).
Without no doubt, once his mind has been awakened by God and is connected to the Creator, "the spirit that gives life" to boost his mortal body (John 6:63). Indeed, it is the Spirit Saint who raised Christ from the dead and gives life to our physical bodies (Romans 8:11).
Therefore discussion between Oprah, Cathy, and Eckhart was very circumspect about the power of energy in the food in front early and excessive.
No doubt the food in our own mind that many rarely used widely consumed and concerned with the body and the ego mind.
But when we cultivate the spiritual energy into nurturing the body, so that we can overcome obesity, and avoid overeating. As we develop greater awareness, we will listen and move our bodies more easily before turning over.
Eckhart wisely said: "Being contact with the body much easier because the body knows what it needs hyperphagia occurs because it is. Part of the unconsciousness of the ego, which seeks to replace the meaning vitality. "
Oprah Eckhart fully compatible with this point being experimental in their own lives. Cathy agreed.
Before being known through the flesh, Christ has been called a "child of the Holy Spirit" which was conceived of the virgin Mary (Matthew 1:18).
Whereas Humans are Trinitarian in nature – which means that we are spirit, have a spirit, and living in a body – how much more food, both domestically that and abroad, if we could revive the spiritual life of God. The interior life is far more nutritious and satisfying as external substitutes serve to broaden our bodies, but leave the empty interior.
